Baker's Choice Inc.

When Baker’s Choice Inc first opened in 1996, the bakery specialized in baking bagels for the Barbadian market. Within the first year of operations, however, the bakery had been introduced to the world of rum cakes. The first rum cake produced was the Barbados Great Cake made with the “world’s finest rum since 1703”, Mount Gay rum. The opportunity to bake Tortuga Rum Cakes followed shortly thereafter. The Baker’s Choice brand has been expanded from bagels and the Barbados Rum Cakes to include cakes that are not flavoured with alcohol, and frozen pizzas.
